Directions: Can be used as a topical as a pain reliever. Can be used for eczema and psoriasis. Can be used as an edible. One teaspoon is 50mg, one tablespoon is 150mg. Place 1 ml (dropper full) under the tongue for 30 to 60 seconds before swallowing twice daily. Increase as needed.
